Morocco more than 37M inhabitants, area 446,550 km2 less than 8,000 deaths with the double case compared to Quebec. Quebec 8.5M inhabitants, area 1.668 million km² more than 8,500 deaths with half the number of cases than Morocco. Why such a large death gap?
